Karan is a seasoned professional with more than 18 years of experience in Private Banking, Capital Markets, Luxury Real Estate. He has worked and dealt with some of the largest organisations and business houses in Asia. He is known for his relationships with HNI’s, knowledge of PAN India real estate market while being part of various key assignments. During his stints, he has led some of the key assignments related to project conceptualisation, business development, stake selling, fund-raising and brand building.  

Karan has worked in India with prestigious organizations like Citigroup, Sotheby’s International Realty, Burman (Dabur) Family Office, Capital First Boutique Bank, Lutyens Realty and DLF Ltd.

In Yr. 2017 he co-founded a $350mn asset under advisory company having Global Indians as clients, looking to monetise their existing real estate holding. Same year, he also founded a private and closely held ‘Private Members Only Investors Club’ in India with total investment commitment / corpus of around $25mn.

From Yr. 2019 to 2020, he was part of the Camellias core team at DLF Ltd. developers of one of the world’s most luxurious $4bn project and successfully marketing multi-million $ super luxury condos to super wealthy global Indians. DLF Ltd. is India’s largest real estate listed developer.

He is advisor & mentor to $20mn RE fund in USA run by his dear friend.

He was also a TiE member in North India between 2017 to 2019.  

Yr. 2020 onwards, he’s working with luxury Holiday-homes development company looking at the opportunity to develop 2nd homes for the affluent class in India looking to have a abode away from city noise & stress. Two large and mid size projects are under development in Himachal Pradesh and two more coming up at Uttrakhand.  

He is non-commercial and unconditional supporter of UNICEF (various other humanity missions) his role is to focus on fund raising from wealthy Indian Business houses in their individual capacity focusing on philanthropy and macro level goal achieving.

An avid lover of art, culture & cuisine, he also enjoys cooking, travelling and devoting time to community services & social cause. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business and many other professional certifications from education institutions in India and overseas
