| Communication | We will use Whatsapp Project Group for communication. Written words will take precedence over spoken to reduce ambiguity. We will communicate with the designated person for the respective areas of work eg. project architect for design, Area Project Managers for any contruction related matter. To avoid any miscommunication, all queries will be raised on Whatsapp Project Group instead of communicating it directly to supervisors/ contractors on site. |
